Take notice that on the 21st day of June 2006, an application for putting Moshulu Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 31st day of July 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Knighton Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, Seventh/Eighth Floors, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
