Take notice that on the 27th day of June 2006, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Ezy Networks Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 27th day of July 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Peter Francis Tobin Warren, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (09) 358 2055.
