Take notice that on the 15th day of June 2006, an application for putting Varley Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 7th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
