Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2006, an application for putting Legacy Homes (BOP) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 10th day of July 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bunnings Limited (trading as Benchmark Building Supplies), whose address for service is at the office of Messrs Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga. Postal Address: P.O. Box 12-020, Tauranga.
