Take notice that on the 27th day of September 2005, an application for putting Seanet Worldwide Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 9th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Kearns Bezar and Ed Fernley, whose address for service is at the office of Hucker & Associates, Barristers and Solicitors, Level Seven, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland.
