Take notice that on the 20th day of October 2005,
an application for putting Rebel Gasoline Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of February 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Gregory Edward Tasman Taylor, Vera Taylor, Andrew William Jacobsen, Torben Sorensen and Winifred Mary Tasman Sorensen, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level Thirty, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
