Take notice that on Friday, the 19th day of May 2006, an application for putting Mr.X Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
