Take notice that on the 29th day of May 2006, an application for putting Porutu Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 3rd day of July 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
