Take notice that on the 17th day of May 2006, an application for putting West Kauri (1999) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 17th day of July 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
