Take notice that on the 14th day of December 2005, an application for putting Total Measurement Solutions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 30th day of January 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the day appointed for the hearing of the application.
The plaintiff is Sokkia (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is at 1/6 Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington, and whose address for service is at the office of the plaintiff’s solicitor, Stephen Barter, of Barter
& Co, First Floor, 225E State Highway No. 17, Albany, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may
be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
