And—Music Systems (Operations) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
184 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu, proprietors—Defendant:
Take notice that on Tuesday, the 16th day of May 2006, an application for putting Music Systems (Operations) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 19th day of June 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is DDJ (Rentals) Limited (in receivership), whose solicitor is Roger A. McL. Fraser, whose address
for service is at the offices of R. A. Fraser & Associates, Solicitors, Level Two, 151 Worcester Street (P.O. Box 163), Christchurch.
