Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 5th day of May 2006, an application for putting Alarmlink Monitoring New Zealand Limited (formerly Securguard Alarm Monitoring Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Wednesday, the 14th day of June 2006
at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
