Take notice that on the 8th day of May 2006, an application for putting T.W.Tyres Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 8th day of June 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is M. Michelin & Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Terrace Legal, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, Terrace Legal House, 104 The Terrace, Wellington.
