Take notice that on the 4th day of May 2006, an application for putting Al Dente Property Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of July 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Auckland Tourism and Visitors Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
Documents may be:
