Take notice that on the 7th day of April 2006, an application putting Kotahitanga Community Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 22nd day of June 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Pub Charity, whose address for service
is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Anita Miller).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
