Take notice that on the 20th day of March 2006, an application for putting I.R. Edwards Horticultural Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Friday, the 2nd day of June 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Elvidge
& Partners, Solicitors, corner of Raffles and Bower Streets, Napier.
