Take notice that on the 21st day of March 2006, an application for putting Electro Integrated Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court in Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 8th day of May 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Crossman Richards Limited, whose address for service is P.O. Box 745, Hastings.
