Take notice that on the 15th day of March 2006, an application for putting Singer Fire Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of May 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Barry Stephen Reiher and Jeanette Audrey Reiher (as trustees of the Paramount Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Webb Ross, Lawyers, Mansfield House, Mansfield Terrace, Whangarei.
