Take notice that on the 28th day of February 2006, an application for putting Advisa Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Friday, the 5th day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are James Chapman Eide, Anja Karen Evelyn Klinkert and Francis Edwin Stent, whose address for service is at the offices of Anja Klinkert Lawyers, Level Two, 83 Moray Place, Dunedin.
