Take notice that on the 27th day of March 2006, an application for putting H.O.D. Technologies (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 8th day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
