Take notice that on the 23rd day of December 2005,
an application for putting Kea Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 1st day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Brookfields Lawyers (suing as a firm), whose address for service is Eleventh Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1.
