In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between
Ross Trendell and Marian Joyce Trendell, both of Havelock North—Plaintiffs:
And—T.F.C. Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at 5 King Street, Hamilton—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 9th day of February 2006, an application for putting T.F.C. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 1st day of May 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ross Trendell and Marian Joyce Trendell, whose address for service is at the offices of Wrigley Law, Solicitors, 35 Strome Road, R.D. 3, Napier.

the plaintiffs’ solicitor.
