Take notice that on the 16th day of March 2006, an application for putting Southern Tank Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 1st day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
