Take notice that on the 15th day of March 2006, an application for putting Northshore Taverns Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of May 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Raewyn Leigh Fahey and Cleaver & Co Trustees Limited (as trustees of the Michael Leigh Trust), whose address for service is care of the offices of Butelaw, Solicitors, P.O. Box 35-563, Browns Bay, Auckland.
