Take notice that on the 17th day of February 2006, an application for putting Bexton International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 10th day of April 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
