Take notice that on the 10th day of February 2006,
an application for putting The Corporate Trustee
Limited (as corporate trustee in the Corporate Trustee Limited Welfare Fund) into liquidation by the High
Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Technical and Legal Support Group, Auckland North Service Centre, Inland Revenue Department, 5-7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland.
