Take notice that on the 3rd day of October 2005, an application for putting Grafton Ridge Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 26th day of January 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is North Shore Aluminium Limited (trading as Rylock North Shore), whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., care of Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
