Take notice that on the 20th day of December 2005, an application for the winding up of Style Up NZ Limited and Xpress Mode NZ Limited (both struck off) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of April 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Muni Goundar, whose address for
