Take notice that on the 1st day of March 2006, an application for putting Top-Pave Concrete Products Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 18th day of May 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Cobblestone Paving Australia Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Thirty-five, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
