Take notice that on the 28th day of February 2006, an application for putting Electro Integrated Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Rotorua on the 10th day of April 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Citywide Electrical Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of AEL Law, Ground Floor, 31 33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
