Take notice that on the 17th day of February 2006, an application for putting Scrap Converters Oamaru Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 12th day of April 2006 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
