Take notice that on Thursday, the 23rd day of February 2006, an application for putting Landmark Investments Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is New Zealand Fire Service Commission, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips
Fox, Lawyers, Seventh Floor, TOWER Building, 50 64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
