Take notice that on the 30th day of January 2006, an application for putting Nelson Marlborough and Westland Combined Unions Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 6th day of April 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Radich Dwyer Barristers and Solicitors, whose address for service is 76 High Street, Blenheim.
