Take notice that on the 1st day of February 2006, an application for putting Durrant Holdings Limited (formerly Vantage Aluminium Windows North Shore Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 20th day of April 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Circle Properties Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
