Take notice that on the 31st day of January 2006, an application for putting Tenth Dot Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 27th day of March 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
