Take notice that on the 17th day of January 2006, an application for putting T.W.Tyres Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 9th day of March 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tyres4U (NZ) Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitor, Brookfields, Lawyers, Eleventh Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1.
