Take notice that on the 16th day of January 2006, an application for putting Northland Concrete Cutting (2004) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 13th day of March 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Percy Clive Foster (trading as Foster Contractors), whose address for service is at the offices
of Whitlock & Co., care of Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
