Take notice that on the 26th day of January 2006, an application for putting Maru Associates Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of April 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Kevin O’Meara and Margaret O’Meara, whose address for service is at the offices of Kidd Tattersfield Maclean, 416 Glenfield Road, Glenfield, Auckland.
