Take notice that on the 14th day of December 2005, an application for putting Private Media Limited (formerly known as Vixen Direct Limited and now known as Les Obstacles de L’Amour Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of March 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Simon John Eisdell Moore, Crown Solicitor, at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level Seventeen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street (P.O.
