Take notice that on the 18th day of January 2006, an application for putting Doughty Contracts FDG Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 13th day of March 2006
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
