Take notice that on the 25th day of January 2006, an application for putting Murchison Dairy Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 27th day of March 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are the Gillespie Group of Companies, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Richard Gordon).
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
