Take notice that on the 24th day of January 2006, an application for putting EI Global Solutions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 13th day of March 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, whose address for service is their offices situated on the Ground Floor, Otago House, corner of Princes Street and Moray Place, Dunedin.
