Take notice that on the 30th day of January 2006, an application for putting Dunedin Poultry Processors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, the 30th day of March 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Trents Wholesale Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Level Ten, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
