On 7 December 2006, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), approved
the Telecommunications Carriers’ Forum Draft Code for Co-location of Radiocommunications Services Regulated under the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“The Co-location Code”).

Pursuant to clause 16 of Schedule 2 of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its approval.
