Pursuant to section 166 (1) of the Land Transport Act
1998 (“the Act”) and being satisfied on the matters in section 166 (2) of the Act, and under delegated authority,
I, Donald Norman Hutchinson, Acting Manager Vehicles, Land Transport New Zealand, exempt each vehicle identified in Schedule 1 from the requirement to comply with a version of one of the approved vehicle standards specified in 2.3 (2) of Land Transport Rule: Frontal Impact 2001.

Vehicle Details
The vehicle is a Toyota Cavalier of model code TJG00
and of model year 1997 or 1998, this being identified
by the fact that the 10th character of the manufacturer’s Vehicle Identification Number is respectively V (for 1997) or W (for 1998).
