In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of her intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
CAR Part 21—Certification of Products and Parts – The purpose of this rule making proposal is to amend Civil Aviation Rule Part 21 Certification of Products and Parts Subpart H, Airworthiness Certificate Categories by expanding the special category airworthiness certificate to adequately cover the range of aircraft presently lodged in this category (NPRM 07-03, CAA Docket 5/CAR/2).

CAR Part 43—General Aircraft Maintenance Rules
CAR Part 66—Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Licensing
CAR Part 91—General Operating and Flight Rules
