On 12 October 2006, the Commerce Commission, pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 2001
(“the Act”), approved the Telecommunications Carriers’ Forum Draft Code for the Transfer of Telecommunications Services (“The Customer Transfer Code”).

Pursuant to clause 16 of Schedule 2 of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice of its approval.
