In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of her intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
Part 135—Air Operations – Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes – The purpose of this rule making proposal is to raise the minimum flight time experience for pilots conducting air operations under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and clarify the requirements for consolidation flight time on different makes and models of aircraft. The proposed amendments provide a graduated scale for CAR Part 135 pilot experience requirements according to the complexity of the operation (NPRM 07-04, CAA Docket 6/CAR/3).

Part 119—Air Operator – Certification
