On 4 November 2004, TelstraClear Limited applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), for
the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) to determine price and non-price terms for access to a number of retail services offered by means of Telecom’s fixed telecommunications network, including Private Office Networking (“the application”).
Pursuant to section 27 (c) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice that it has made a determination on the application.
