Pursuant to clause 2 (1) (b) of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has released its draft report in relation to the reconsideration of its investigation into mobile termination rates.
